Coastal Projections Blue Velvet Flats - Girls Shoes with Satin Rosettes

Soft and simple, these midnight blue flats are new from Coastal Projections. Three satin rosettes on the top of the toe are detailed with blue beads and framed by green satin leaves. Small sequin detailing adds more shine around the top. The adjustable ankle strap provides a change from the normal flat. Rubber sole for a firm grip.
