Giggle Moon Paris Tutu Infant Romper

This gorgeous new infant romper comes from the one and only Giggle Moon. The top is made from a cotton blend fabric boasting of a vintage print, two tucks on the front to give shape, slight gathers in the middle of the back for a unique look, and a large black flower with a jeweled center on the front.
