Shipping Information

All orders over $200.00 are shipped FREE via USPS Priority Mail* and all orders under $200.00 are shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $5.95 per order*. *US orders ONLY.
Returns made with free shipping option will incur a $5.95 shipping charge if total falls below $200.00

Canadian Orders

All orders are shipped to Canada via USPS Priority for Canada.
Orders UNDER $199.99 Shipping charges are $22.00
Orders OVER $200.00 Shipping charges are $26.00.
Canadian USPS Priority orders have a 6 to 10 day transit time. Please note, Canadian custom delays may occur, adding to the transit time. As required by law all Canadian customs paperwork will include the contents of your order and prices paid by you for the items. Duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

International Orders

All orders shipped outside the United States via USPS Express Mail International.

Orders $301.00 to $500.00 Shipping charges are $59.00
Orders $501.00 to $700.00 Shipping charges are $79.00

USPS Express Mail International arrives within 4 to 6 business days. As required by law all customs paperwork will include the contents of your order and prices paid by you for the items. Duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

When You Can Expect to Receive Your Order

In stock items usually ship the next business day.

Orders are NOT shipped on Saturday, Sunday or US Holidays.

USPS Priority Mail Shipping usually arrives within 2-4 days after the order leaves our store. (excluding Sunday and Holidays)

Sales Tax

All Indiana residents will be subject to a 7% sales tax.

Sizing

We carry a wide range of apparel by different designers. If you are unsure of the size to order, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@labellaflorachildrensboutique.com.

Order Cancellations

All orders are processed as quickly as possible. We request that any cancellations be made within 4 hours of order placement.

Gift Wrap

All orders are shipped in tissue paper with a pink polka dot overwrap and silver seal. This makes for a very nice presentation. A small gift card can be added too. Please indicate what you would like the card to say under the Comments section of the order form. There is NO additional charge for this service.

Returns/Exchanges

• All return or exchange requests MUST be made with 14 days from receipt of your order. After 14 days we are unable to accept returns for any reason.
• Please contact us at customerservice@labellaflorachildrensboutique.com to receive your personal return/exchange authorization number.
• Once the return authorization number is issued, promptly ship item(s). We allow 7 days shipping time once the return authorization number is issued.
• Original tags must be attached.
• Clothing must be in new condition.
• Original shipping charges cannot be refunded. If the original order received free shipping and the total falls below $200 after the return a $5.95 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund.
• An authorization number is required on exchanges and returns. Please make the request to customerservice@labellaflorachildrensboutique.com. Within 48 hours you will receive an authorization number with instructions.

Please allow up to 10 days for your return or exchange to be processed.
