Persnickety Girls Headband Layered Rosette in Turquoise

Matching her new favorite Persnickety outfits, this girls headband offers the perfect amount of vintage inspiration to finish off her fabulous look! The hard metal headband is covered on the outside with a velvet turquoise ribbon and is adorned by a large rosette. The base layer is a circle ruffle fabric with a text print and a single boa feather sticking out from beneath while lace and a turquoise bow frame the grey and white tight wrap rosette.
